Objective Neurosis to Subjective Sanity

This was the title of a talk and meditation class I did some years back. It was about how we tend to let our minds wonder toward that which is outside ourselves instead of focusing (in meditation) on our breath which is part of us. Actually, were it not for our breath there would be no us.

This short paragraph begins a series of written talks that I will do on this blog. They will be taken from previous meditation and mindfulness classes that I have conducted, but they will be written here for you to read and study. I will write begin my transcribing of the classes in a few days.

Stay tuned….
